Triple Net (NNN) properties are properties where the tenant pays all expenses; maintenance, property taxes, and insurance. These properties are often tenanted by corporate or franchisee tenants such as McDonald’s, CVS, AutoZone, Kindercare, etc. With over 300 NNN transactions completed and over 400 exchanges, we are experts in NNN and investment real estate. Completing sales and purchases of NNN properties since the 1980s, we have extensive national connections in the NNN real estate industry.
