Renz & Renz was founded in 1997 by George L. Renz and his father Donald W. Renz. After nearly 15 years in Commercial Real Estate from the 1980s the Renz men struck out on their own. George and now Christian are part of a legacy of founding family-owned-and-operated businesses in Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. This family business history began in California with George’s great-grandparents farming, and in construction, development, and real estate from 1873.
Renz & Renz has grown into a well-known local company with national reach, it is a testament to George’s diligence and work-ethic, as well as the loyalty of our clients. George and Chris work both as a team and in their separate specializations, as the property and client needs require. George is well versed in 1031 and 1033 Tax Deferred Exchanges, NNN or NLST properties across the nation, and large land parcels. Christian focuses more on local sales and leasing, representing both tenants and landlords in all commercial and industrial property types.
